What is CVE-2026-77517?

The MaxKB AI assistant for enterprise has a vulnerability where, from versions 2.0.0 through 2.10.2-lts, the application improperly authorizes access to document and paragraph operations. The flaw exists because it only verifies the 'knowledge_id' in the request path, allowing a workspace user to exploit this by providing a valid document or paragraph identifier. This results in unauthorized reading or modification of contents in another user's knowledge base, leading to serious privacy and data integrity concerns. Currently, no fixed version is available.
