What is CVE-2026-78434?

A missing authentication vulnerability exists in the Faveo Helpdesk software up to version 2.0.3. Specifically, the flaw is related to the FormController::post_ticket_reply function in the app/Http/Controllers/Client/helpdesk/FormController.php file. This vulnerability allows attackers to initiate unauthorized actions remotely via the post-ticket-reply endpoint, leading to potential unauthorized access and manipulation of user tickets. Despite being reported to the developers, no timely remediation efforts have been noted, leaving users at risk of exploitation.
