Ech0 versions prior to 4.5.1 contain an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated non-admin users to bypass scope validation in the RequireScopes middleware. This flaw permits unauthorized access to admin endpoints, exposing sensitive data such as system logs, visitor statistics, and user emails. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by sending valid session tokens to unprotected endpoints, potentially leading to significant unauthorized access and data breaches.
