What is CVE-2026-79749?

MCPHub's SSRF guard prior to version 1.0.32 is susceptible to bypass attacks due to an inadequate validation of IPv6 address formats. Specifically, the guard only checks for certain local IPv6 addresses but fails to consider IPv6 transition address families like NAT64, 6to4, and Teredo. This oversight allows attackers to exploit vulnerabilities by encoding a private IPv4 address in these unsupported IPv6 formats, enabling unauthorized access to internal resources. The issue has been resolved in version 1.0.32.
