What is CVE-2026-8001?

A use after free vulnerability exists in the printing component of Google Chrome for Linux, Mac, and ChromeOS versions prior to 148.0.7778.96. This flaw allows a remote attacker, who has control over the renderer process, to potentially perform a sandbox escape by crafting a malicious HTML page. Exploiting this vulnerability can lead to unauthorized actions on the user's system.
