What is CVE-2026-8194?

A security flaw has been identified in the osTicket software prior to version 1.18.4, particularly within the Dispatcher component's include/class.dispatcher.php file. A remote attacker could exploit this weakness to manipulate requests on behalf of logged-in users, thereby potentially exposing sensitive data or executing unintended actions. This issue has been publicly disclosed, and the osTicket project has yet to issue a substantive response, despite being informed through a pull request.

Affected Version(s)

osTicket 1.18.0

osTicket 1.18.1
