What is CVE-2026-82239?

The Budibase platform before version 3.41.3 is susceptible to an authorization bypass vulnerability that compromises data integrity. This issue arises from inadequate enforcement of role restrictions on the POST /api/datasources/query endpoint. As a result, users with BASIC privileges can execute crafted queries to access, create, update, or delete data across all tables, circumventing established permission controls. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it allows attackers to manipulate sensitive information without authorization.
