What is CVE-2026-82867?

@pdfme/schemas prior to version 5.5.9 is susceptible to a cross-site scripting vulnerability originating from the Select schema plugin. This flaw arises when the application fails to properly sanitize option values before integrating them into HTML through innerHTML. As a result, attackers can leverage this weakness by supplying malicious templates that incorporate crafted option values, which may include HTML or JavaScript, allowing them to execute arbitrary code in the browsers of unsuspecting users.
