What is CVE-2026-82868?

The @pdfme/schemas plugin, prior to version 5.5.9, contains a vulnerability in its SVG schema functionality where it improperly processes user-supplied SVG content. This vulnerability allows attackers to inject harmful SVG elements that can execute arbitrary JavaScript within users' browsers. By exploiting this flaw, attackers can manipulate how templates are rendered, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data exposure when users interact with affected templates.
