What is CVE-2026-87355?

An improper access control vulnerability exists in Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools within the Panel Processor component. Affected versions range from 8.61 to 8.63. This vulnerability enables a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to potentially compromise the system. Attackers must persuade a user to interact in a way that triggers the exploit.
