Heap Corruption Vulnerability in Tesseract OCR Engine
CVE-2026-88048
8.6HIGH
What is CVE-2026-88048?
The Tesseract OCR engine is vulnerable due to improper validation of deserialized layer scalars, which can lead to heap out-of-bounds read and write operations.
