What is CVE-2026-88873?

The AVideo streaming software has a vulnerability in the view/logArchive.json.php file that permits unauthenticated attackers to perform cross-site request forgery (CSRF). By exploiting this flaw, malicious actors can create deceptive webpages that induce administrators' browsers to execute GET requests to the endpoint. This allows attackers to archive sensitive application logs without needing authentication, resulting in the logs being saved into a publicly accessible zip file. Furthermore, the attackers can manipulate the live log content, erasing critical forensic evidence.
