What is CVE-2026-88898?

The AppFlowy-Cloud product from AppFlowy has a security flaw in its bulk publish endpoint, which does not adequately verify the authorization of users against workspaces. This oversight allows authenticated users to publish content to other tenants' namespaces. As a result, attackers could potentially manipulate published views to include malicious titles, bodies, and metadata, leading to defacement of public pages or the hosting of phishing content on otherwise trusted URLs.

Affected Version(s)

AppFlowy-Cloud 0.7.2 <= 0.9.64

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
