What is CVE-2026-90529?

A cross site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the DataEase Symbolic Map component. The issue resides in the buildTooltip function of symbolic-map.ts, where manipulation of the canvasViewInfo[*].customAttr.tooltip.backgroundColor parameter can lead to the execution of malicious scripts. This vulnerability enables attackers to perform cross site scripting attacks remotely, potentially compromising sensitive user data. Although the project maintainers were notified early about this security issue via an issue report, they have yet to provide a resolution.
