What is CVE-2026-91851?

An improper access control vulnerability exists in MISP, where the DashboardsController::listTemplates() function fails to adequately restrict access to dashboard templates based on user permissions. The issue arises due to the comparison of varchar restrict_to_permission_flag with numerical values, allowing for unintended access to templates that should be restricted.
