What is CVE-2026-91963?

FreeRDP versions prior to 3.31.0 are susceptible to an uninitialized heap memory disclosure through the urbdrc USB redirection channel. This vulnerability allows a malicious RDP server to generate failing USB transfers that can expose uninitialized heap memory from the client system. Such an exposure can undermine Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) protections, potentially leading to remote code execution when combined with additional memory corruption vulnerabilities. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
