What is CVE-2026-92815?

The vulnerability in changedetection.io versions up to 0.60.6 allows attackers to exploit the Goto URL action in browser steps without authentication. By manipulating the optional_value parameter, attackers can bypass URL validation and access sensitive internal resources.
