What is CVE-2026-92919?

The admin3 product, through version 3.0.0, is susceptible to a path traversal vulnerability that allows authenticated users to exploit unsanitized client-supplied filenames within the upload handler. On Windows deployments, this weakness enables attackers to use dot-dot path segments to navigate outside the designated storage directory, granting them the ability to overwrite files that are otherwise accessible to server processes. This misconfiguration poses a significant risk, as it compromises the integrity of the filesystem and can lead to unauthorized data manipulation.

Affected Version(s)

admin3 0 <= 3.0.0

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
