LDAP Filter Injection in Zimbra Collaboration Suite Affects Multiple Versions
CVE-2026-93635
5.3MEDIUM
What is CVE-2026-93635?
The Zimbra Collaboration Suite versions 10.1.0 through 10.1.21 are susceptible to LDAP filter injection, which enables unauthenticated attackers to manipulate LDAP search filters. This vulnerability primarily affects systems using search-filter authentication combined with lazy provisioning, effectively allowing attackers to exploit a password oracle for users listed in external directories. Furthermore, it may lead to authenticated S/MIME queries returning unintended certificates and identity data for various directory entries, compromising sensitive information and user privacy.
