What is CVE-2026-95499?

A security flaw exists in the php-file-manager-with-code-editor up to version 3.0, specifically within the move_uploaded_file function of filemanager.php. This vulnerability allows attackers to manipulate file upload arguments, leading to unrestricted file uploads. As a result, an attacker can upload arbitrary files remotely, which may enable further exploitation of the affected system.
