What is CVE-2026-97062?

Aureus ERP, up to version 1.6.0, improperly handles SVG file uploads, storing them on a publicly accessible disk. This allows authenticated users to upload malicious SVG files that can contain executable JavaScript. When these SVG files are accessed via their URLs, they can lead to the execution of scripts in the context of the application's origin. This vulnerability enables attackers to potentially steal session cookies and exfiltrate CSRF tokens, which could compromise user accounts and lead to unauthorized actions within the application.
