What is CVE-2014-5347?
The Disqus Comment System plugin for WordPress prior to version 2.76 is susceptible to multiple cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerabilities. These security flaws enable remote attackers to exploit the authentication of administrators, allowing for XSS attacks via specific parameters. Attackers may leverage these vulnerabilities to manipulate plugin options, including resetting or deleting configurations. Admin actions can be hijacked through crafted requests directed at wp-admin/edit-comments.php, posing a significant security threat to WordPress sites using this plugin.
