Summary

JetBrains TeamCity versions 8 and 9 prior to 9.0.2 are subject to a vulnerability that allows users to bypass account creation restrictions. This occurs due to insufficient validation of requests; the required data for account creation can be inferred by analyzing the HTML and JavaScript files returned to the browser following an initial unauthenticated request.
