What is CVE-2017-18521?

The Democracy Poll plugin for WordPress prior to version 5.4 is susceptible to a CSRF vulnerability. This flaw allows attackers to forge requests to the plugin's admin interface, specifically via the URL wp-admin/options-general.php?page=democracy-poll&subpage=l10n.
