What is CVE-2018-16613?

A vulnerability exists in the update function of the wpForo Forum plugin for WordPress, prior to version 1.5.2. This issue allows an authenticated user of a registered forum to escalate their privileges to that of the forum administrator without requiring any user interaction. This could potentially lead to unauthorized access and manipulation of forum settings and content.
