What is CVE-2018-16965?

A vulnerability exists in Zoho ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus prior to version 8.1 Build 8109, allowing attackers to inject malicious HTML and execute stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks through the /ServiceContractDef.do contractName parameter.
