What is CVE-2018-25437?

CherryFramework Themes version 3.1.4 for WordPress is affected by an information disclosure vulnerability. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to exploit the download_backup.php endpoint, allowing them to download sensitive backup files stored on the server. By directly accessing the download_backup.php script located in the admin/data_management directory, attackers can gain unauthorized access to ZIP archives containing critical data from the wp-content/themes directory. Website administrators must take immediate action to secure their installations against this threat.
