What is CVE-2018-9034?
The Relevanssi plugin version 4.0.4 for WordPress contains a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to improper handling of user input in the tab GET parameter. This weakness allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary JavaScript or HTML, which can lead to various malicious activities, including stealing user credentials or session hijacking. Website administrators are advised to update to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
