What is CVE-2018-9163?

A stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in Zoho ManageEngine Recovery Manager Plus prior to version 5.3 (Build 5350). This security flaw allows remote authenticated users with 'Add New Technician' permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML through the 'loginName' field when accessing technicianAction.do. Such vulnerabilities can lead to various malicious activities, including session hijacking and unauthorized actions within the application.
