What is CVE-2019-10869?

The Ninja Forms plugin for WordPress prior to version 3.0.23 is susceptible to a Path Traversal and Unrestricted File Upload vulnerability. When the Uploads add-on is enabled, an attacker can exploit this flaw to traverse the file system. This can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive files and the potential execution of malicious code through specifically crafted requests to the upload submission functionality.
