What is CVE-2019-10920?

A security flaw exists in the Siemens LOGO! 8 and its SIPLUS variants due to the use of a hardcoded cryptographic key for encryption. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access to the device's port 10005/tcp to decrypt project data stored on the device without any user interaction.
