CVE-2019-16520
5.4MEDIUM
What is CVE-2019-16520?
The All in One SEO Pack plugin for WordPress prior to version 3.2.7 is prone to a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This security flaw arises from the improper encoding of SEO-specific descriptions provided by the plugin, which allows malicious users to exploit unsafe placeholder replacements. Successful exploitation could lead to the injection of arbitrary HTML and script code, which may compromise user sessions or redirect users to unintended sites.
