What is CVE-2019-25314?
The Duplicate Post plugin for WordPress, specifically version 3.2.3, is vulnerable to persistent cross-site scripting (XSS) due to improper input validation in its settings parameters. This flaw allows attackers to inject malicious scripts into various fields such as title prefix, suffix, menu order, and blacklist. When these fields are processed by the admin interface, arbitrary JavaScript can be executed, posing significant risks for website administrators and their data security.
