What is CVE-2019-25744?

The WordPress Popup Builder plugin version 3.49 is affected by a persistent cross-site scripting vulnerability. Attackers who authenticate can exploit this flaw by providing specially crafted POST requests to the post.php endpoint. By melding malicious scripts into the post_title parameter, they can inject harmful payloads that execute when popup selections are displayed, potentially compromising site integrity and user data.
