Summary

The WP Lead Plus X plugin for WordPress includes a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that allows remote attackers to upload malicious page templates containing arbitrary JavaScript code. This vulnerability can be exploited via the c37_wpl_import_template admin-post action, which executes the injected code in the context of an administrator’s browser when the template is used to create a new page. Such an attack could lead to unauthorized actions and the potential for session hijacking.
