What is CVE-2021-20148?

In ManageEngine ADSelfService Plus prior to build 6116, a security vulnerability exists where the password policy file for each domain is stored within the web root, using predictable filenames based on domain names. This flaw allows an authenticated user from one Windows domain to access the password policy of another domain, undermining the security between domains when the service is configured for multiple domains.
