What is CVE-2021-21935?
A security flaw exists within the WordPress plugin that enables an attacker to execute SQL injection attacks through specially-crafted HTTP requests. By targeting the 'host_alt_filter2' parameter, an attacker can manipulate the database queries executed by the application when logged in as any authenticated user. This vulnerability can also be exploited via cross-site request forgery, increasing the risk of unauthorized data access.
