What is CVE-2021-44000?

A vulnerability has been identified in Siemens' JT2Go, Solid Edge, and Teamcenter Visualization products. The issue lies within the plmxmlAdapterSE70.dll, which allows an out of bounds write past a fixed-length heap-based buffer when parsing specially designed PAR files.
