The Defender Security plugin for WordPress is susceptible to a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attack due to improper nonce validation in the verify_otp_login_time() function. This flaw can be exploited by malicious actors who can trick an administrator into executing a forged request. As a result, unauthorized verification of a one-time login is possible, thereby compromising the security of the affected WordPress installation.
