What is CVE-2023-0098?

The Simple URLs plugin for WordPress, prior to version 1.15, is susceptible to SQL injection due to inadequate parameter escaping in AJAX actions. This flaw allows authenticated users with low privileges, such as subscribers, to exploit the vulnerability and manipulate SQL queries, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive data.
