Summary
The WP Review Slider plugin for WordPress prior to version 12.2 is susceptible to a SQL injection vulnerability. This security flaw arises due to improper sanitization and escaping of a parameter before its usage in SQL statements. As a result, attackers with minimal privileges, even those with subscriber roles, can exploit this vulnerability to manipulate the database, potentially leading to unauthorized data exposure or modification.
