What is CVE-2023-1669?

The SEOPress plugin for WordPress prior to version 6.5.0.3 contains a vulnerability that allows high-privilege users, such as administrators, to manipulate serialized data. This flaw stems from improper handling of user input during the settings configuration, which enables PHP Object Injection when a suitable gadget is available. This puts WordPress sites at risk of unauthorized code execution, potentially leading to severe security breaches and exploitation.
