The Essential Blocks plugin for WordPress has a security flaw that enables unauthorized users to access certain functionalities due to a lack of capability validation on the templates function. This vulnerability affects versions equal to or earlier than 4.0.6. Although a nonce check exists, it is only enforced if a nonce is provided, allowing unauthorized users with subscriber-level access to retrieve critical template information without proper authentication.
