What is CVE-2023-35772?
The Google Map Shortcode plugin by Alain Gonzalez allows unauthenticated users to exploit a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability. When users access a specially crafted URL, the vulnerability allows malicious scripts to be executed in the context of another user's session. This can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive information or further exploitation of the website.
