What is CVE-2023-36045?

A vulnerability in Microsoft Office Graphics allows attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations when a user opens a specially crafted file. Successful exploitation could permit attackers to install programs, view, change, or delete data, and create new accounts with full user rights.
