What is CVE-2023-36640?

The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of externally-controlled format strings in Fortinet's FortiProxy and FortiOS products. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted commands, potentially allowing them to execute unauthorized code or commands.
