What is CVE-2023-4482?

The Auto Amazon Links plugin for WordPress is susceptible to stored cross-site scripting through the manipulation of the 'style' parameter. This vulnerability exists in versions up to and including 5.3.1 due to inadequate input sanitization and output escaping practices. Authenticated users with contributor-level access can leverage this flaw to introduce arbitrary web scripts into pages. These scripts will subsequently execute each time a user visits the compromised page, potentially leading to account takeovers or other malicious actions.
