What is CVE-2023-4776?
The School Management System WordPress plugin prior to version 2.2.5 is vulnerable to SQL injection. It improperly uses the esc_sql() function on a field that is not properly delimited by quotes and lacks query preparation. This flaw can be exploited by users with lower privileges, such as teachers, potentially allowing attackers to manipulate database queries and access sensitive information.
