What is CVE-2023-4827?

The File Manager Pro plugin for WordPress, prior to version 1.8, is susceptible to Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks. This vulnerability results from inadequate validation of the CSRF nonce in the fs_connector AJAX action. Attackers can exploit this flaw to trick privileged user accounts into executing unwanted file system actions, such as uploading malicious files or a web shell, potentially compromising the integrity of the website.
