This vulnerability arises from inadequate input sanitization and output escaping applied to the 'giframe' user-supplied attribute. Authenticated attackers with contributor-level permissions can exploit this flaw to inject arbitrary scripts into pages, which are executed whenever users access those compromised pages, thereby compromising user security.
